We guarantee the high quality of the products we sell.
While we always strive to deliver the best of the best, there are times where things happen and a claim for a refund or exchange needs to be made.
Please refer to our claim policies below.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you need to do so before it leaves our facility. Please contact Customer Service by emailing [email protected] or sending us a message from our website to begin the cancellation process. For cancelled orders, you can choose to receive store credit or have the funds returned to your original form of payment.
Refunds & Exchanges
Returns
With the exception of perishable food products, all other goods can be returned within 14 calendar days of having received your order, unopened, in its original packaging, properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer damage during its transportation back to us. Returns due to just a change of mind will receive a partial refund after deducting all incurred costs that cannot be reversed or recovered, such as the cost of shipping the package twice (from Spain to Lithuania, and then from Lithuania to Spain), and any incurred handling and other service-related costs needed to prepare and ship your order. After our team inspection, if the product remains in its original condition, we will start the process of refunding the adjusted fair refund as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days.
In the unlikely event that one of our products is defective, it can be returned opened and out of its original packaging, and with a reasonable portion of it having been consumed to check that it is defective. A ‘reasonable portion’ should not exceed 10% of the product by weight. If your product was defective for any reason we will refund the cost of return shipping.
Partial returns will receive a proportional refund in both cost of goods and return shipping following the aforementioned rules.
Our shop is fully specialized in delivering products to final consumers in Lithuania (and only in Lithuania). We are not responsible for what the receiver intends to do or will do with the goods after reception, including carrying the goods to a third country outside the European Union where its import may be regulated or banned
Shipping Related Claims
Any item/s that you deem unsatisfactory due to a shipping-related issue will be replaced or refunded upon your request, without hassle, when you alert us to the details of the problem within seven 5 calendar days of having received your order.

Perishables & Frozen Items
Assuming ambient delivery location temperatures of below 35 degrees Celsius*, we guarantee that any perishable and/or frozen product you receive from Spanish Club will be of high quality and in top physical condition.
*Claims made on orders of perishable / frozen products when temperatures are above 35 degrees Celsius are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shelf-Stable (non-perishable) Items
We guarantee that any non-perishable product you receive from Spanish Club will be of high quality and in top physical condition (without any temperature constraint).
Quality-Related Claims
Any items that are still within their best-before timeframe are guaranteed to be of high-quality and consistent with their description on our website up until the point you open them or a maximum of 7 days from the time you receive your order.
Claims Procedure
Please contact Customer Service by emailing [email protected] or sending us a message from our website to begin the cancellation process. In case any of the goods is damaged, please send us clear pictures of the damaged goods as well.
Please let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund for your item/s. Depending on the product, we may or may not ask that it be returned in order for you to receive credit. Our goal is to process your return request as quickly as possible.
