We offer cheeses made of milk of cow, ewe sheep, goat, buffalo, or mixed-milk with milk coming from two or more species. According its texture, we offered cheese that are soft, semi-soft, firm, hard, blue or cream (spread). In regards of flavour, we offer cheeses which are mild, medium, bold, strong, with truffles, or several flavoured cheeses such as chili, paprika, beer, white wine, red wine, sweet wine, walnuts, tomato, oregano, thyme, honey, black garlic, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and mushroom (boletus).
Our cheese products come in multiple formats, including whole cheese (whole wheel), half-cheese (half-wheel), a wedge portion of various sizes, sliced (pre-sliced), or in cream (spread) format. Our cheeses are usually packaged with the manufacturer´s original packaging, which is usually also vacuum-sealed.

Among the most famous Spanish cheeses, we have Manchego, easily the most well-known Spanish cheese throughout the world, is beloved for its rich, buttery taste and compact consistency. It comes in three types: cured, semi-cured, and old.
Cabrales cheese, also known as Quesu Cabrales, Queso de Cabrales, or Cabraliego, is a highly-prized cheese and the most international food of the Spanish northern region of Asturias, with an intense, persistent, and slightly spicy flavor.
Tetilla cheese (Queso Tetilla / Queixo Tetilla) is the most characteristic and internationally renowned Galician cheese, easily recognizable by its shape and its smooth, thin, straw-yellow rind. The word ‘tetilla’ clearly defines the traditional conical, concave-convex, pear-like shape, with a slight “nipple”, which is the reason why it’s called tetilla, meaning nipple in Spanish.

Manchego, easily the most well-known Spanish cheese throughout the world, is beloved for its rich, buttery taste and compact consistency. Manchego sheep’s cheese is usually made from pasteurized milk and needs to be matured for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 2 years. The milk of this Spanish cheese does not contain any medicinal products and every detail is taken care of during the production process of this product, which is why it is a Top quality Cheese. And the most important thing: it is delicious! Manchego cheese is a type of cured cheese that, as its name suggests, is produced in a large area of the Castilla-La Mancha region from the milk of Manchega breed sheep. There are different brands and types of Manchego cheeses, some with nuts, or even artisan Manchego cheeses. Whatever the case, its quality has made it increasingly popular. In fact, this Iberian cheese has a Denomination of Origin (DOP) with a regulatory council responsible for its certification. Almost 60% of Spanish cheese with Denomination of Origin is Manchego, which makes it the main reference of Spanish cheese. As most of its production is exported, it is one of the most important ambassadors of Spain’s national gastronomy. La Mancha exported 5.9 million kg of this cheese in 2017, according to the Foundation for Manchego Cheese (Fundación C.R.D.O Queso Manchego).
